🔑 Account & Settings

How do I update my profile information?

You can update your name, username, email, password, and profile picture in User Settings. Navigate to Dashboard > Manage Account Settings to access it.

How do I change my password?

Go to User Settings, Navigate to Dashboard > Manage Account Settings, enter your current password, and set a new password. Make sure it's between **8-20 characters**.

How do I enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?

You can enable **2FA** in User Settings. Go to User Settings, Navigate to Dashboard > Manage Account Settings, enter your current password, Follow the instructions to scan the QR code with an authenticator app.

🚗 Fleet Management

How do I add a vehicle?

Go to Company Dashboard > Manage Customers and click Add Vehicle. Fill out the necessary details and save.

🛠️ Service & Appointments

How do I schedule a vehicle service?

Navigate to Copmany Dashboard > Appointments and select New Appointment. Choose the vehicle, service type, and time slot.

💳 Billing & Subscription

How do I upgrade to FleetIQ Pro?

Visit the Dashboard and look for the **Upgrade to Pro** section. Follow the instructions to subscribe via Stripe.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in the **Billing** section of the dashboard.
