Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation of Subscription

You are free to cancel your FleetIQ subscription at any time through your account settings. Once canceled, you will lose access to FleetIQ’s paid features. After that, your account will be downgraded to a free account.

2. No Refunds

We do not provide refunds for unused portions of your subscription. Once a subscription payment has been processed, you will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of the remaining time on your billing period.

3. Disputes Over Charges

In the event you dispute a charge for services because you did not cancel your subscription on time, FleetIQ reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account, and you may be barred from using FleetIQ in the future. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription, including any cancellations.

4. Account and Subscription Management

FleetIQ provides users with the tools to manage their own accounts and subscriptions, including cancellation features. It is solely the responsibility of the account holder to ensure that their subscription is managed according to their preferences. FleetIQ is not responsible for canceling, managing, or maintaining your subscription on your behalf. However, if you are experiencing issues with cancelling your subscription, you can send us an email and we will help you with it.
